Second Interview
An in person (ideally) Interview with the Store Manager and the Sales Director. Occasionally, this will be held virtually.
- Stage 5
Reference Check
We require 1 reference from someone who managed you in the last 2- 4 years and 1 reference from an employee you managed in the last year.
- Stage 6
Background Check
We will complete a background check upon completion of the Reference checks, as a final step before Offering.
- Stage 7
Offer
An Offer will be sent to you via Email for review.
- Stage 8
